Hay guys.

Do NOT take this as any indication that I am coming back, or making new 'Puffs, or reopening shop in any major way. I'M NOT, and anyone who thinks otherwise will be ignored and/or mocked. This is a post inspired wholly by the realisation that I'd done two scenes and accompanying icons etc., before I closed, that hadn't been posted. I post them now. Happy January 15th or something.

I did so love her in the movie. It's no surprise that she's not returning for OotP - without the Animagus subplot, there's no use for her. Oh well.

Merope, everyone's favourite tragic inbred, wielding the love potion. That whole chapter needed banjo music a la Deliverance in the background.

...yes, I know in canon her eyes are meant to point in different directions, but shut up. I'm sure she can focus if she tries really hard. Anyhoot, she's one of my favourite characters, but I couldn't tell you why. The fanfic I'm currently writing about her and Tom's contemporary love interest, Cecilia, currently stands at approx 18,000 words after I dropped out of NaNoWriMo and then let it languish. Alas.
